CHALLENGE

The online Pump Selection Wizard that Sprintout developed for Taco is one of the company's most popular online tools. The wizard helps HVAC contractors find the correct centrifugal pump to meet their specific system requirements. Taco wanted an app version of the wizard for use on Apple's iPhone and iPad, and Google Android.

SOLUTION

• Sprintout's graphic designer created a series of task screens suitable for mobile devices.
• Sprintout's programmers translated the wizard into app language and submitted it to Apple for approval.
• The app, which can be downloaded from iTunes and Google Play Store, also gives users access to product literature on Taco's website and to their technical support department.
